QCSG is proud to announce a new friendship with American based company Adsil®.
Adsil® manufactures a specialty inorganic coating called MicroGuard™. MicroGuard™ have been treating and protecting coil fin packs for over 20 years in the USA.
MicroGuard™ is a patented "extreme surface treatment" which prolongs the HVAC/R beyond its normal engineered life expectancy. This treatment extends the replacement cycle and capital budget outlay. The deferred capital expenses and energy savings is significantly evident for our clients.
QCSG has completed training at the MicroGuard™ Florida corporate headquarters and is now a certified applicator of the MicroGuard™ AD35 HVAC anti-corrosion protection system.
QCSG can now offer its customers this unique patented coil fin coating.
QCSG can also safe guard your chillers cabinets. We utilise a variety of anti-corrosive base coats as well as professionally colour matched top coats in either satin or gloss. This will increase the life of the chassis in harsh environments such as sea side areas or corrosive fallout from manufacturing.
